What about the name? The name Alira was born from exploring variations of Lauren’s own name in a way that felt distinctive and memorable - something that nodded to the founder without being a named-based consultancy. When “Aleshire” was explored through sound and syllable shifts, Alira emerged as a modern expression of that identity.

Who am I? I’m a strategic marketing and communications leader with 15+ years of experience turning big ideas into results. I’ve led integrated campaigns for local startups, national nonprofits, and global organizations—building strategies that drive both business growth and social impact.
What have I done? Pretty much everything. From launching websites and rolling out new platforms to designing PR campaigns that make headlines, from drafting a tweet that sparks conversation to publishing full-scale playbooks that guide organizations forward—I’ve managed it all.
