The name Alira has an Australian origin that means both resilient and dazzling - two attributes that define both Lauren's work and the work of Alira Strategies. The name emerged as a modern expression of that identity.

Who am I? I’m a strategic marketing and communications leader with 15+ years of experience turning big ideas into results. I’ve led integrated campaigns for local startups, national nonprofits, and global organizations—building strategies that drive both business growth and social impact.
What have I done? Pretty much everything. From launching websites and rolling out new platforms to designing PR campaigns that make headlines, from drafting a tweet that sparks conversation to publishing full-scale playbooks that guide organizations forward—I’ve managed it all.
